A 2024 Kosher Riesling
comes from the Slunečná vineyard site and is the first kosher wine produced in
Mikulov after 86 years. With its pronounced minerality and well-balanced
acidity, it reflects the classic style of Pálava’s Rieslings.
The wine offers delicate
minerality characteristic of Pálava’s limestone soils, fresh acidity, and
aromas of citrus fruit, white blossom and a hint of apricot. It is an ideal
companion to light dishes, fish and mild cheeses – or simply to savour on its
own as a reminder of Mikulov’s rich heritage.
